SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing is a reliable and effective method for creating high-quality custom apparel. Ink is pushed through a fine mesh screen that acts as a stencil, applying the design directly to the fabric. Each color in a multi-color design is printed separately, resulting in bold, vibrant prints that won’t fade, crack, or peel. This process ensures consistency across large orders, making it an excellent choice for outfitting your team in professional, durable apparel. Whether you need a simple logo, a detailed multi-color design, or something in between, our skilled team delivers sharp, clean prints that stand up to everyday wear and washing.
At A&A Custom Shirts, we take screen printing to the next level with top-of-the-line M&R equipment in our 9,000 sq. ft. facility. We can print up to 10 colors with a maximum design size of 15” x 17”, ensuring crisp, vibrant results. Our experienced team understands how different inks, fabrics, and garment colors interact, helping you achieve the perfect look. Whether you're ordering for a small business or a large company, we have the expertise and technology to deliver high-quality, professional apparel that lasts.
STANDARD SPOT COLOR
Plastisol – The most common ink, offering vibrant, opaque colors that work on almost any garment. Ideal for Pantone color matching.

Discharge – Removes the garment’s original color and replaces it with special ink for a worn, vintage feel. PMS color matching may not be 100% accurate (minimum order 72 pieces).
Performance Ink – Designed for stretch and durability, perfect for athletic wear and poly-blend fabrics.
special effects
Glow-in-the-Dark – Charges with light to create a glowing effect in dark or UV-lit environments.
Puff – Expands when heated, giving a raised, textured effect for a retro look.
Metallic – Shiny gold, silver, and other metallic hues for a premium look.
Glitter Inks – Contains tiny reflective particles for a festive, eye-catching design.
Full Color
Simulated Process – A method for screen printing full-color images and photographs, great for detailed artwork (minimum order: 72 pieces).
